Early childhood services at State Support Team 3 (SST 3) are designed to support parents and providers that serve young children and their families. Those providers include: school districts in Cuyahoga County; Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities; Early Head Start and Head Start; and community child care and preschool programs. SST 3 offers technical assistance and professional development opportunities to parents, early childhood educators and administrators who work on behalf of young children
